Hey there!
My name is Paul Warmuth, and here on Botdom I've been a member of The-Bot-Team since the days of Azildin, and Zeros-Elipticus. I've been in this game a long time. I've written a few different clients, unfortunately none of them were publicly released. If any of you frequent #Phototography, I was the guy who wrote and hosted the original photobot before my computer crashed. Some of you may know me for my work on Quazzabot. It was a full featured bot that ran off the mIRC scripting engine. It was just nearing release when I had a complete meltdown of my hard drive, and lost most of the data for the project. Just after that, I joined the army. I abandoned the project, and thought I was never going to come back to DeviantART, but yet here I am! It's been a while, but I've started development of a new bot. Don't know when the first release is going to be, but keep a look out. I call it Vergo, and its going to be a utility bot written in Ruby. I've never really liked bots with too much added bullshit. I think a bot should be there to help administrate the room, perform some useful functions, and log. I don't like all the added crap that is being put into most of these bots... most notably artificial intelligence.
If any of you need to get in touch with me, my email is: Vespian@gmail.com I check it rather frequently, so that is the best way to get a hold of me if i am not on dAmn.
