Instructions:
1. Copy and Paste this form into an email addressed to botregister@deviantart.com.
2. Fill out the form accurately and with as much information as possible.
3. Make sure you are sending the email from the email address associated with your dA account (not the Bot account).
4. You will only be notified if your bot has been denied approval for our network. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of your bot application then you should consider that your bot has been approved. If we deny your application, you will receive an email within 48 hours and we will provide you with the reason why your bot approval was denied. Please do NOT send email inquiries as to the status of your request (these will be ignored). If you have any questions about your application, please contact the Help Desk, using the contact category 'Chat Inquiry'.
